You may request to return a product within 30 days which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return; however, once shipped from our store, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). To be clear, there will be no cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds for any item that is personalized or in any way customized; however, if you have received the wrong productplease contact me, the seller, at 812-272-5543. If you receive  wrong product, please immediately take a picture of the product upon receipt. Once product is returned, and reviewed, you will be contacted to determine next actions to resolve the issue. I will make every effort to make things right. If the problem is in the personalization due to your spelling error, you must pay for return shipping and a fee to fix the error if possible, and to return the product to me in same condition as received; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Product damaged during return shipping may result in reduced refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
